Fatih Akin wins German film award

Famous Turkish director Fatih Akin won the German Film Award earning him nearly three million Euro.
Akin's film "The Edge of Heaven" also won the best director, scenario and editing awards in a ceremony which took place in Berlin.
"The Edge of Heaven" tells the stories of several Germans in Turkey and also Turks living in Germany.
Akin was also presented Lola award as the best director in the ceremony.
In 2004, Akin's "Head-On" movie had won Golden Bear in Berlin Film Festival.

Finally,after different other awards in Cannes,Sewilla appreciated in Germany .I saw the film yesterday with 9 other people in the movies,what a crowd!
All what I can say is that film is perfectly made and difficult for average cinemagoer,shows sensible issues together with the beauty of Turkish Black Sea coastline and Istanbul for a while.
My first thought was ¨will the film be shown in Turkey¨?
or has it already been?
