The current length of service is 15 months and at any location or place in Turkey, where as for university graduates, they tend to be sent to easier places, and only serve 5 months of course. Terms? Hmm..your arse belongs to the army and they may pay you something around the amount of 14 YTL a month for your dedication and hard work. Or - if it's a dangerous place, it maybe rise to well over a stunning 100 YTL(!) This is examples that I've seen, but really you can't be sure of anything almost, it's all about luck.

so for highschool graduates it's about 15 months? and is there any case where highschool graduates can only get 5 month service in the military?

No unfortunately there's no way to do that. Although supposedly if you have lived abroad for some years (I don't remember how many) you can pay your way out and then the length is only 1 month.
