Possible fraud!!
I had made a reservation of hotel room through the hotelnetworkturkey.com. They charged immediately on my credit card and then after 10 mintues told me that the hotel was full and so they would cancel the payment. In fact they processed the payment without stopping it.
I was able to contact the hotel that I picked and they said there was no business between the hotel and the above website.
I sent emails for inquiries and asked for refund but there was no response. There is also fake info about some of the hotels for example room rate with half-board service that the hotel is not providing.
Don't know where I can make complaints and appeal to...
Anyway, be careful, folks!

Ninja, your credit card company can help you. Contact them and give them all the information and they should be able to get the charges reversed.
Thanks for posting this and good luck!

Thanks a lot, folks!
The hotel that I picked from the website would help me find out how to get the refund. They are also trying to contact the web admin.

Ninja,
I know here in the states we have what's the BBB "Better Business Bureau". A place you can file complaints about businesses. It's also a good way to see how reputable a company is through the BBB. Not sure if you have anything like that where you live. Good Luck!
