- "hiç" should be before "bir".
- not ayle, it is aile
- in questions, try to use "yoksa" for "or" instead of "veya".

It could be too, but in questions, alternatives are much more meaningful with yoksa or without a conjunction, just comma.
Eve mi gidelim, sinemaya mı?
or
Eve mi gidelim yoksa sinemaya mı?
Shall we go to home or to the cinema?
