edat=adposition

adposition term covers preposition and postposition.

Turkish uses postpositions or sometimes suffixes where English uses prepositions.

adpositions
x için = for x (için=for)
güvenlik için = for safety (güvenlik=safety)

x ile = with x (ile=with)
bıçak ile (or bıçak-la) = with a/the knife

suffixes
x-a/x-e = to x
ev-e = to the house (-e/-a = to)

x-den(-dan/-ten/-tan) = from x
ev-den = from the house (ev=house)

x-siz(-sız/-suz/-süz) = without x
sen-siz = without you (sen=you)

personal pronouns
personal pronouns (except 3rd plural-they) should be in genitive case (-(n)in suffix) if used with postpositions

ben-im için = for me (ben=I)
sen-in için = for you (sen=you)
o-nun için = for him/her/it (o=he/she/it)
biz-im için = for us (biz=we)
siz-in için = for you (siz=you)
but
onlar için = for them (onlar=they)

ben-im ile = with me
sen-in ile = with you
etc.
