Hey gidi Yani hey! dedim gecen aksam, ufacik kara kuru bir oglandin. Bak kocaman adam oldun. Ben agababa oldum. Birahane eski birahane. Masalar eksi masalar. Dünya baska dünya. Sen baska adam. Ama ben hep oyum be Yani Usta. Seni de hep öyle görüyorum Yani Usta. Kara sacli, kara gözlü, cin gibi bir oglan. Hani seninle sinemaya giderdik. Sen yanimda deli olurdun. El cirpardin. Omuzuma vururdun.
Hey you, Yani Usta, I said last night, you were a tiny, black and dry boy. Look, you became a huge man. I became an old man. The old beerhall is still the same, the old tables are still the same. The world changed. You became anoter man. But ?????
Black hair, black eyes, a boy like a demon. We went to the cinema. You became crazy next to me. You clapped your hands. You hit my shoulders.

But I am still him, Usta Yani / But I am still the same person, Usta Yani. I see you still like that too, Usta Yani. Remember, we used to go to the cinema together.
When geniş zamanı is used together with di'li geçmiş zamanı, it expresses an action in the past that happened habitually. So if there is a series of that construction, Id translate the first one with 'used to' 'we always..' and then go on like you did.
Well done.
