hi everyone. i finally got through to someone from the number i was kindly given only to be told i have to fax my bank in turkey telling them to set up my account for internet banking.when the bank recive my fax i will then be advised by phone of my banking pin and user code, however the lady i spoke to gave me the fax number of my branch so off i went this morning to fax it off only to be hit with another problem. the fax number wouldnt work. it starts with 0258 so then i tried again and put 0090 in front then 009 but still wouldnt send. i no i am trying the telephone code in front but i dont no if it is a different code for fax machines. could anyone please advise me before i tear my hair out. many thanks

is it possible you could try and get the code for me i cant seem to access it. i am in the denizli branch. thanks

HSBC website gives 3 branches in Denizli.

You need to put 009 before the 0258 to make it work from abroad:
