Need a translation for my husbands university degree....Thanks!!
1999-2000 ogretim yilinda Maliye bolumunda 4 yillik ogrenimini bitirerek lisans derecesini almis, kanunlarin tanidigi tum yetkileri Ekonomist olarak kullanmak ve tum haklardan yararlanmak uzere 03.07.2000 tarihinde bu diplomayi almaya hak kazanmistir.

This is what I have figured out so far..but the last lines are escaping me...
instruction was completed in the years of 1999-2000 in the area of finance following 4 years of education and he has received his license degree and all lawful authority is granted to him as an Economist

By finishing the 4 year course of the department of Managment/Economy in the academic year of 1999-2000, he has received his licence degree, and has achieved the right to receive this diploma on 03.07.2000, to use all the authorizations as an Economist as allowed by law and to profit from all rights.
