I'm Mehmet Balkan, a senior Marine Engineering student in Istanbul Technical University. I'd like to give you a news about accomodation for whom who'd be interested. I'm staying in a flat located in 4. Levent with 3 friends of mine. But 2 friends of us are Erasmus students and will be leaving Turkey in 1 week. So we are going to have 2 free rooms in our flat that we'd like to share. We'd like to offer these 2 rooms to 2 people who are coming to Istanbul for studies, internships..
some brief information about the flat: The flat is on the 3rd floor and it has 3 rooms, 1 big saloon, 2 balconies, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is located in 4. Levent, 2 mins walking distance to the metro. So it takes 15 mins to go to Taksim from home. and also from 4. Levent there's direct buses to the Asian side. The district is just located by the 2nd Bosphorus Bridge, so it's easy to go to Asian side by bus from 4. Levent. In the flat, we have all the necessary goods like fridge, washing machine, kitchen stuff and everything. Also, our current friends who are staying at home, will leave their beds, cupboards, tables, etc. So you will not need anything for the room. The rent for the flat is 1200 YTL and we are going to share this price. so it will be 300 YTL for each. and we are also going to share the price for electricity, water, natural gas and internet. and it will be around 50 YTL for each.
My other flatmate is also studying Marine Engineering, we are both easygoing people, and we both speak english well. we are looking for 2 young people who'd be interested for staying in our flat.
