What kind of Turkish is that? From a native? I hope not!
Anyway,
ama cok kurkuyorum (Ama çok korkuyorum) (But I'm so scared)
sen benim oldukten sonra kayb etmekten (sen benim olduktan sonra kaybetmekten) (Losing you after you are mine)
oldukten=öldükten means after you die
olduktan means After you (be)

Considering the verb 'korkmak' takes an ablative case, it could well be that the two sentences are to be togther like:
Ama çok korkuyorum, sen benim olduktan sonra kaybetmekten.
Or more clearly:
Benim olduktan sonra seni kaybetmekten çok korkuyorum.
But I am very afraid of loosing you after you have become mine.
