quick turkish to english and bit of explaination please

sikin sagolsun translate please?
also 'kiz' means 'girl'.... do turkish people use kiz to to address girls in conversation? or is it something a boyfriend would say to a girlfriend? obviously in english we dont generally say call a female 'girl' in a conversation.
would be great if someone could clear it up for me! sagol!

Well, let me suffice by saying that 'sikin' means 'your dick'.
Yes kız is used to adress girls in (informal) conversation, but I dont think bf will say 'kız' to his gf much.
