Mesajini Aldim tesekur ederim. Mansur konusmus komutanla temmuzda izine gidersen, eylul’de gidemezsin demis (no) onun icin Mansur’la konus temmuzmu, eylulmu? Mansulr’la Ankara’ya beraber tabi gelebilirsin memnun oluruz. Selamlar.

i got your message,thank you.Mansur has talked to the commander and he said if he has permission in july,he cant have in September.so talk to Mansur if he wants to have in july or september.of course you can come to ankara with Mansur,we will be glad,greetings.

It means holiday leave i.e. permission to go on vacation
