There are many nice places depending on what you like. I like Bodrum, Gumbet,Tergutreis,kemer and i have hear people mention other places like Marmaris,fetiye,Alanya and many more.

my family come from Izmir area, we've been there way too many times. So me and my sister would like to go to a part we've never been to, in an all inclusive hotel for a few weeks

thanks Christine, I've only been to one place you mentioned - Marmaris, got fsmily in Bodrum as well so got a more chance of going there I guess

I like visiting ruins and other types of trips Eda on the other hand would prefer to just go to the beach, town to get a few gifts and swim, I don't mind really, it's a holiday that's the main thing, lol

Why All-Inclusive Ebby? Don't you want to try out local restaurants and bars? All-Inclusive hotels are death to small tourist resorts in Turkey!! Down with them I say! 
Datça Penınsula ıs lovely I belıeve, Turgutreis (of course  ), Turkbuku, Torba, Ölü Deniz - I presume you want to go to a coastal area?

Try to blacksea area. Artvin, Trabzon rize the placaes i can suggest you. You can see green as you never seen before (only if you been in amazon jungles may be )Sea, mountains, green, clean air, nice welcoming people and lots of good food
