Maskulinizma / Can Yücel

Yaşamak ne güç şeymiş
Kadınlar öğrettiler bana
Başta anam
Hamamda kaynar sular dökerek başımdan...
Onlar uyandırdılar beni çocukluktan
Erkek olup üstlerine çıkayım diye...
Bu öyle bir esastır ki
Hem yesir tüccarı olacaksın, hem yesir...
Ve vücutlarının akkağıtlarına yazdığım o şiir değil,
met-cezir...
Kadınlar doğurdular beni bağıra bağıra
Gine onlar öldürecekler beni aşktan
Bağırta bağırta...

Masculinity

Living is such a demanding thing
Women taught me that.
First was my mom,
By pouring hot water on my head in the hamam.
They woke me up from my childhood,
So I could be a man and climb on them...
This is such a reality that
You have to be a slave tradesman and also a slave
And it was not the poetry that I wrote on their white bodies.
It was ebb and flood

Women gave me birth with their screams
Again, they will kill me with their love
While making me scream.

my try!!
