Takilin takilin gelince bende biliyorum neyapicagimi= Ok you carry on going there, I know what I am going to do when I come back..( This people going or meeting at some place like restaurant or something..)
Neyse fazla kalmadi zaten= Anyway it's not long (Obviously hes coming back soon from somewhere..)

Mary83, do you realize that there may, yes there really may be moments that guys don't talk about girls? It does happen! 
Seriously, I don't know your situation, but I'd completely stress out if I would be thinking about my BF that way all the time. 
Give the guy a break.
