My Turkish sister-in-law just had a baby and I was wondering if there is any specific type of "congratulations" phrases I can say to her. Thanks for the help

Analı babalı büyüsün. nearly it means "be with his/her parents."

after you hear his/her name first time you may say "adiyla yasasin" mean of "be live with his own name" also. We use "görümce" for sister in law.

Yes, definitely "Allah analı babalı büyütsün" but I hope you say it written because I don't think you'll prounounce it right
