ayırmak = to save, to set apart

ayircam = ayaracağım 'I will save', 'I will keep apart'

I just realised I translated to quickly and saw ayırmak as ayarlamak 'to arrange'. Will edit!

i understand ayircam as a short way to write ayıracagım
acak / ecek suffix = will

ayircam = ayır + acak +im

but because of letter harmony k is g so ayıracagım

Well it said 'izin' and not 'zaman'. Considering that this boy is making long working days and not taking up any free days, he tried to say he will take his permission days when she comes so that he has time for her.
