My attempt: (I think they will understand what you want).
"Ozlem beni aradiği rica ederbilir misin. O en çok zorunlu."
I suggest different English. /Please tell Ozlem to call me. It is urgent/
"Ozlem'e bana ara, söyle lütfen. O en çok zorunlu"
