I was going with:
'Affedersiniz ama sizi yanlış geldiğmizi tarıh verdim. 25 Temmuzte olacak, 21 Temmuzte - önce söyledim gibi - olmayacak. Sizi görmek dört gözle beklıyorum'
but the b***** electric went off again and you beat me to it. Yours looks simpler - and probably better - to me.
