Hi all.. Would someone translate this for me? It's an email I received from a Turkish friend, thanks in advance.

napıyım canım ya dawn'la mesajlaşıyoruz sürekli allahım nasıl nasıl nasıl mutluyum ya onca iğrenc olaydan sonra ben de mutlu oldum sonunda! sen neden gizlisin bakalım kim sıkıyor canım arkadasımın canını?

I had never heard of a megrim before today. We call them migraines in England.

Canını sıkmak means to bother, annoy someone.
