I didnt know where to post this topic.
I am trying to research which Gemstones are highly wanted in Turkey besides diamonds. I cant find anything on the topic and I've searched so many places. I always find topics on which gemstones Turkey has such as Zultanite Diospore. But I am wanting to know which gemstones are highly wanted in Turkey.

As you can guess I am a gemstone and fine jewelry dealer
My fiance is a little slow about researching it for me.

Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks

Speaking from my personal experience my family and friends are crazy about AMBER.
I would say it is highly wanted in Turkey,i always have kilos of amber jewellery for gifts....Amber naturally can be found only in the Baltic Sea and its resources started shrinking so the value and the price of it will definitely go up soon.

Avalon, have you read about the Bernstein Zimmer, i.e.the Amber Room? During my childhood I lived in Prussia and the Baltic Sea: Kurische Neerung. Famous for its amber.
