Biliyorsun sen benim herşeyimsin ve seninle olmak benim için çok önemli. Sana iananmak ve elimden geldiğince yardımcı olmak istiyorum. fakat daha fazla bilgiye ihtiyacım var. bana şifreni ver ve yaz bana.

what that "yaz" mean?
and the last sentence must be "pasaportunu edin ve bana yaz"?

yaz is the imperative form of yazmak-to write.

There is a word for soul mate in Turkish, but I can't remember what it is
ruh is soul, but someone else will need to advise on soulmate

As far as I remember it was "ruh ikizi" or something similar?

I think you can say 'can dostum' for soulmate, I've been understood using this term. I think 'can' is more like the word for soul(living) in this case.
