These are sentences I can't understand. Can someone translate them? Please!

Kimileyin, işte böyle Ingilizce tek sözcükle anlatırdı istediğini.

actually I don't understand only one word: kimileyin. Is this an imperative form from kimilemek? But I couldn't find the word kimilemek... If this is that English word, which is said in the following part of the sentence, I can't get it. Or maybe the the Inglish word mentioned in the sentence is "Pes" - it is said in a dialogue, before the sentence I wrote. If so, I still have no idea what can "kimileyin" mean.
And the second sentence:
Değişik ısılı ortamda, asitler, yağlar, et suyu içinde, türlü denemeler yapacak olanlara açıklamalarda bulunuyordu.

I have doubts especially about the last part, and I'm not sure what "et suyu" can mean. Is this some kind of serum, like blood serum or something?

and the last sentence:
Göz servisi, tam ve örnek bir bilim araştırma merkezi haline gelmişti.
in what meaning is this "tam ve örnek..."?
