I dont think so as a native speaker. It might be "dudaklarından öpüyorum".
Some usages of kissing are;
1-) I am kissing you from your eyes (or cheek) "From older person to younger person (or same ages) as a love and benignity message"
2-) I am kissing you from your hands "From younger person to older person (or same ages) as a love and respect message"
3-) I am kissing you from your lips "No needs explanation"

Please explain Turkish signs of respect. Just as an example if a Turk takes a persons hand and holds it to his forehead.
