For my work i must translate :

Dear Sir/Madam
Guests Mr Anthony Hill and Party of two adults are due to arrive at your hotel on the 5th of October 2008, 14 nights as booked with somewhere to stay.
One of the party is not able bodied and will have a electric scooter.
They have confirmed a superior room with sea view and we would ask you to allocate their room to be scooter accessible.
Please could you confirm this by email? .

Bay Anthony Hill ve iki kisilik grubu, sizin otelinizde 14 gece kalmak uzere 5 Ekim 2008'de oraya varacaklar.
Gruptaki kisilerden birisinin sakatlik nedeninden dolayi bir elektrik skuter'i var. Deniz manzarasi olan ustun bir odayi onayladilar. Lutfen elektrik skuter'le erisebilecek bir yer ayirtin.
Bunu e-mail vahisatiyla onaylarsaniz memnun olurum.

A hard translation really, at least harder than the daily messages 
Instead of "sakatlık", would't it be better as "bedensel engelinden dolayı" as it's politer and, can't we find anything else than skuter better understandable in turkish?
and what does "superior room" exactly mean? a high class room? if it's the case than maybe "üst sınıf" would be better.
"vahısatıyla", It think you did a mistake here, shouldn't it be "vasıtasıyla", and maybe instead of e-mail, e-posta would be more turkish.
lastly you forgot to translate "Travel Advisor" which is "seyahat danışmanı"

picky picky picky! If you'd like a more "politically correct" version, go with that mltm suggested. Mine was a more direct approach.
