Use the verbal noun form of work. çalışma
So it would be mutlu çalışmalar.

Derya and Robo,

Thank you for your input. But correct me if I am wrong here. But that sounds something like "kolay-easy" and "gel-come" come easy or perhaps go easy right ?

Yes that is correct. When Turks see someone laboring they say kolay gelsin. It's like a short way of saying "May your work be easy". Literally Kolay=easy Gel=come sin=you.

Robo,

Thank you. But out of curiosity, is it wrong for us to wish them Happy Working - Mutlu calismalar

I don't think it's used much. It does show up on google if you type it in though.
