MONDAY: Almond-Crusted Chicken Fingers, tomato, pepper.
TUESDAY: Tomato, Tuna or Cipura & Tarragon Salad in olive oil, melon.
WEDNESDAY: Salmon burger, tomato, pepper, union in olive oil, melon.
THURSDAY: Tofu With Ginger-Peanut, almond and hazelnut sauce, banana.
FRIDAY: Bruschetta Chicken Bake, tomato, pepper in olive oil, apricot.
SATURDAY: Egg, tomoto, cheese, pepper, onion, banana, grape, apricot, melon.
SUNDAY: Grilled beef chops With tomato, eggplant, pepper, onion in olive oil, grape.

What are grilled beef chops? Is it the same thing as steak? I wish I could cook and make some of these things.
