Gelecek olanlara da Ã§eşitli sebeplerle gelemeyecek olanlara da şimdiden teşekkÃ¼rler.

Is this mean something like RSVP or just "those that will come (mod)with assorted reasons and the those that will not thanks".

It came in the first line of a wedding invitation.

Thanks, I think you are right. I missed that Ã§eşitli sebeplerle is more like /varous reasons/ than /various truths/.
