I have difficulties in constructing questions in different tenses, i would be so grateful if someone translate these sentences for me:

1) To Be
Are you a doctor?
Aren't you a doctor?
Were you a doctor?
Weren't you a doctor?

2) Present Tense
Do you go to the club?
Don't you go to the club?

And the last two sentences in the remaining tenses (past, present continuous, and future tenses)...

These are the rules concerning the first part To be:
to be+ Özne+ isim? (to be + pronoun + noun?)
to be+not + Özne+ isim? (to be + not + pronoun + noun?)

(hope it helps)

1) To Be(Present Continuous)
Are you a doctor? - Doktor musun(uz)?
Aren't you a doctor? - Doktor değil misin(iz)?

2) Simple Present Tense
Do you go to the club? - Kulübe gider misin(iz)?
Don't you go to the club? - Kulübe gitmez misin(iz)?

3) Past Tense
Did you go to the club? - Kulübe gittin(iz) mi?
Didn't you go to the club? - Kulübe gitmedin(iz) mi?

4) Future Tense
Will you go to the club? - Kulübe gidecek misin(iz)?
Won't you go to the club? - Kulübe gitmeyecek misin(iz)?

5) Perfect Continuous Tense
Have you been going to the club? - Kulübe hala gidiyor musun(uz)?
Haven't you been going to the club? - Kulübe hala gitmiyor musun(uz)?

-iz, -uz suffixes in parenthesis are not for plural form but for respect to the person.
Hala(hâlâ) in perfect continuous examples can also be written at the beginning(Hala kulübe gidiyor musun?).
