hi i am still learning and just wanted to get the complete meaning of this message:

bir insan basarisizlikla icin baskasina sucluyorsa basarilarin serifinide baskalrina vermesi gerekmez mi.

i think it is saying something about making another guilty with unsuccesses and is it not right to give something back??

Bir insan başarısızlıkları için başkasını suçluyorsa başarılarının şerefini de başkalarına vermesi gerekmez mi?

If a person blames others because of his failures, shouldn't he give the honour of his successes to others as well?

Something like that..
