Eklenmiş(Ekteki) dosya bugünkü ödül töreninde birkaç meslekdaşımla birlikte çekilen grup fotoğrafıdır.
I added "dosya(file)" in translation. Because Turkish computer language meaning of "attach" is "ekle(mek)", and "attached" is "eklenmiş". But just the word eklenmiş is not enough to explain it. There should be something after it.
