Do you ask if there is a language that uses them?

I know "ß" is a common letter in German, it replaces double s and is called "eszet". Although I don't know how the situation is now, or when to use it, since they changed the spelling rules there.

German has never been my favourite language

Ah, but now I fully understand your question!

No, not in Turkish, but Seslisozluk added a German section to their site, that's why those letters are there I guess.
