Bu fotografina cok iltifat yapilmis, söylenecek söz kalmamis.
and... what does it mean the suffix "is" ??

It has been made so many compliments on this picture of you, there is no word remained to tell.
there is no suffix like "is" there... It is the suffix "mis" for past time...

No there is two kinds of past time in Turkish...
one of them is past time with "di" : this is called storied past time, you can express the events you saw and happened in the past.
second is past time with "mis" : this is called heard past time, you can use this tense while talking about the events you heard that was done in the past.

Merhaba Hadar,ı just saw here. it means ;your this photo has compliment too,So ı have no sentence to say. suffix ´´iş´´ is addition of past (heard ,learned) time.I hope ıt s fully right... güle güleeee (:
