evet dogru:

you can also say,

Sana karsı koyamam.

to resist: karsı koymak or

Sana direnc gosteremem

to resist: direnc gostermek

Please note that dayanmamak can have TWO meanings. It can mean (1) to not to resist, or (2) not to bear !! So, '' can either mean 'I can not resist you', or it could mean, 'I can not bear you' !! It will be better if an additional word or phrase is added to bring out the meaning clearly... like 'seni çok seviyorum ... sana dayanamam'.

I am an intermediate learner, so please seek further confirmation.
