I would be grateful if someone could translate for me?
"I would like to still come to Turkey around the 7th, but decisons around this rest with Mansur. I wait to see what he wants to do"

ben hala Turkiyeye gelmek istiyorum 7 sularında,ama Mansurla karayi,onu ne istedigi bekleyecegim.

ben hala Turkiyeye gelmek istiyorum 7 sularında,ama Mansurla karayi,onu ne istedigi bekleyecegim. |
well done... but it would be better this way:
Hala ayin 7si gibi gelmeyi isterim ama geri kalan kararlar Mansur ile, onun ne yapmak istedigini bekleyecegim

I would say like this:
Hala ayın 7´si gibi gelmek istiyorum ama gerisi Mansur´a kalmış. Onun ne yapacağını bekliyorum.

Hala ayın 7´si gibi gelmek istiyorum ama gerisi Mansur´a kalmış. Onun ne yapacağını bekliyorum. |
7´si ?why we put that? si ?

In Turkish you say it like "the 7th of the month":
ayın yedisi = ayın 7´si
