what´s ya sen nasilsin?cant we just say nasilsin?what´s ya in this sentence?

Ya sen nasılsın? = And how are you?

You can also say just "Nasılsın?". I´ve just reply Marionin´s post. Because we don´t say "Sen de nasılsın?"

As you see above, "ya" here means "and".
