have told my friend that it more or less means
(i want to know when are you coming) but she does not belive me can some one confirm this for me please.

"sen gelmek ne zaman" Use this... Ne zaman geliyorsun?
"seni istiyorum." It doesnt have nice meaning  If you would like to say I want to see you... Then Use this... Seni görmek istiyorum...
