I´m not sure of the context, but it maybe is a misspelling of turkis, which means turquois (the stone), which may also be referring to the bluish-green color of turquoise. Hope this helps!

i´m really confused, because after i tried looking it up thats what i thought he might have meant! but i´m not sure why he would say that??

the context that it was given to me in was ´ my love turkıss aşkım´

i know that aşkım is my love anyway, so i don´t know!!
