I will like to know the full sentence for ´Stuffed Peppers, Tomatoes, Eggplants with minced meat".
I know:
peppers is Biber
tomatoes is Domates
eggplant is Patlıcan
minced meat is etli or kıyma
But I don´t know how to form the full sentence. I need to know so that I can put the correct name for this dish on my food blog, thanks!

Ok, I am a student and not a native speaker. This appears to be a "noncritical" tranlsation.
"dolmuş biber,domates, patlıcan etli."
They will figure it out.

You can say only "Dolma" for this.
Dolma is prepared by stuffed peppers, eggplants and tomatoes.
But I think something is not here for "Dolma".
It is rice.
If you use rice in this meal you can exactly call it "Dolma".

You´re right, Henry.
If we use tomato it is called "domates dolması" as in your link,
if we use eggplants for it, it is called "patlıcan dolması"
if pepper is used for it is called "biber dolması"

Hi guys, yes, this is a non-critical translation. However, I will really like to find out the correct name for it and I truly appreciate all the help you have rendered! You´re right, I put no rice in this cuz I followed the Azerbaijan´s version of it. now I have a big problem naming this. Do I call it "Etli Biber ve Patlıcan ve Domates Dolması"?

It is not necessary. Because generally "dolma" contains minced meat.
