Actually-it might mean they are selling perfume very cheaply.

 All great minds think alike !!!!  [& fools seldom differ!]

Sonounda has picked up exactly the point which came to my mind i.e., > distinction between ´Cheap perfume´ and ´Perfume sold cheaply´

So, can Turkce bilenler help to translate the following so that we ´ogrenciler´ do not make an embarrassing mistake:-

1)  Thery are selling cheap perfume

2)  They are selling perfume cheaply

I think the first one would be

cok ucuz parfum satiyorlar

And the second one

parfum çok ucuza satiyorlar

1)  Thery are selling cheap perfume=Ucuz parfüm satıyorlar.

2)  They are selling perfume cheaply=Parfümü ucuza satıyorlar.

 1) Ucuz parfüm satıyorlar, but I would prefer to say this in turkish as "Kalitesiz/adi parfüm satıyorlar.

2) Ucuza parfüm satıyorlar.
