Can someone kindly translate this to English? (Turkish characters may not always be correct.)

(i did  some changes in original Turkish text but it is really bad Turkish, believe me most Turkish learners here could make better sentences,i would change whole the text and correct but it would look really different then, so i did  only some changes, i hope it makes some senses now.)
