my attempt.  I am not a natıve speaker,but İ thınk thıs ıs straıghtforward. (after "I can´t wait to see you", in paretheses I said I "want to see you very much", just in case "I can´t wait isn´t a normal expression in Turkish"

as you said "i cant wait to see you has no expression in Turkish" we do better translate it as "Seni görmek için sabırsızlanıyorum".

So here is the translation:

"Seni görmek için sabırsızlanıyorum tatlım.20 ya da 21 Ağustosta gelebilirim diye düşünüyorum ama bana ne zamana kadar kalabileceğimi söylemelisin, bana izin vermesi için patronumla konuşmalıyım."
