"Beni rahat bırakırmısın(ız) lütfen!"

"(ız)" using for a person who dont know and formal way to say "you" or plural "you"

 Could you also say ´beni rahatsiz ediyorsun´ ?

yes you can say:

"Beni rahatsız ediyorsun. beni rahat bırakırmısın lütfen!"
