this is polite and serious way to say "get lost"

yes, of course. You can also use a version, maybe a little less polite but more serious way 
"Beni rahat bırakırmısın(ız) lütfen!"
"(ız)" using for a person who dont know and formal way to say "you" or plural "you"

"Beni rahatsız ediyorsun. beni rahat bırakırmısın lütfen!"
