"gidişat" and "gösterge" are Ok. But I prefer to say:

"Bence Türkiyenin şu anki gidişatı, performansımızın iyi olduğunun göstergesi(dir)."

 I wasn´t sure if you wanted the translation to English corrected too ?  If not, please forgive me, but the English would read better as:

In my opinion, the current developments in Turkey are a sign that our performance is good.

Problem of the sentence that called "Anlatım bozukluğu". it can be hard to see the mistake of these sentences.

"Türkiye’de bence şu anki gidişat, bizim performansımızın iyi olduğunun göstergesi."

for easy to see, remove the bold part.

"Türkiye´de gidişat, performansımızın göstergesi(dir)"  is an "Anlatım bozukluğu"

it should be "Türkiye´deki gidişat, performansımızın göstergesi(dir)" or "Türkiyenin gidişatı, performansımızın göstergesi(dir)"
