´saygı´ is respect, esteem. Probably something like regards.

this girl is strange.. i dont know what she means.. i made fun of her because she called my best freind ugly.. so i made fun of her strange  blue hair..but plastik surgery hass nothing to do with it..and i have no plastic surgery ever.. 100% natural..lol
