could someone propose a little translatıon ? Despite the dictionary I can´t understand what the disaster (felaket), money and/or tea issue are about. Is the author complaining that they had to pay for the 3 teas ?

Üçer çay içtik. (we had 3 teas each)
Tamam abarttık biliyorum ama hakikaten hem sohbet derindi hem de çay felaket güzeldi.
Sıra hesabı ödemeye geldi adam bizden çayların da parasını aldı. Tabi tıpış tıpış ödedik. Ama bu mevzu benim içime dert oldu. Zaten yemeğe o kadar parayı vermişim ne diye çaya para vereceğim.

OK I know we went over the top, but it was out of politeness, also we were deep in conversation and the tea was amazing. When it came to the time for paying, the man took the tea money from us too. Of course we paid it no trouble. But this situation became a problem for me. I had after all spent so much on the food, why should I pay for the tea too?
Note: felaket güzel is a phrase meaning absolutely wonderful, gorgeous. Felaket does mean disaster, but this is not the meaning here: it emphasises the next adjective. (A bit like the English saying the tea was wicked: wicked means really great here, not really evil).
Note 2: normally tea is free after a meal. The person was cross at having to pay for the tea, they recognise that normally you wouldn´t drink 3 free cups ... but they give the excuses why they did!
