1. Do you speak english? As I don´t know it, I try to write this short message in turkish

 Kalbımde her zaman bir özellikli yersi olacaksin. --> Kalbimde her zaman özel bir yerin olacak.

"Ellerini öpüyorum" is not very used. "Ellerinden öpüyorum" is used but it´s usually with respect to someone older. I don´t know your relationship with this person, but if he´s someone like your younger brother, you can say "gözlerinden öpüyorum". Otherwise if he´s a close friend you can say "yanaklarından öpüyorum"

I am not very sure about the following snetence: I hope this short message will find you fine and in good health.

The message finds you??? There´s not an exact translation for this one.

You can say: Umarım bu mesaj sana ulaştığında sen iyisindir ve sağlığın da yerindedir.

(I hope when this message reaches you...)
