I really want to see you 4 weeks later in September

It doesn´t really make sense as September is only 2 weeks away - am I totally wrong in translation or is he a little confused?

I think it says-Let´s meet in Sepember,in four weeks,I really want to.

It will still be September in 4 weeks time.

thank you - unfortunately I will be leaving Turkey in 4 week´s time. We will have to co-ordinate our diaries better!!
