In fact it´s a sarcastic comment:

 

"We even had Julia "yenge", now that there´s nothing else that can surprise us.."

 

yenge: 3. used when referring informally to one´s own wife or to a friend´s wife

 

Having Julia "yenge" is the most unexpected thing, something that is very surprising but even it has arrived to them.

Agree.  I tried to express the sarcasm by use of that´s enough, and an exclamation mark, but your explanation made it clearer.
