I think ´-yon´ stands for ´-yorsun´ in spoken language. As the first part

doesn´t make any dictionary I can only guess it´s misspelt/mistyped or
abbreviated.

´öğreniyorsun´ maybe ?

 It means "how are you doing?", "how are you?"

Actually there is no word like that in Turkish literature. It is used by people in west of Turkey. Simply it is a slang word of Turkish which has the meaning above.
